OUR STORY

 The principal owners, Davide Lucchina and Nando Silvestri first got together in 1992 to open the doors of their first location called Spumoni in Westwood. Since then they have opened numerous locations in Southern California with now this location, Chianti.

 

We also have included in our venture two of our top notch employees from the last 20 years. The first is Executive Chef Horacio Gutierrez and our front of house GM, Fausto Sanchez. Between the four of us, we bring over 90 years of restaurant and hospitality experience.

At Chianti, we will be serving dishes from all over Italy! Pastas, some homemade, chicken, seafood, pizzas, salads and yes, HOMEMADE Gnocchi that will be the best you’ve ever had. There will be something on the menu that anyone in your family will enjoy, even for the Bambini! If you don’t feel like eating out or cooking, just give us a call and let us take of that for you as we have take out and delivery right to your door as well!
